1. Subscription and Paid Features
- Certain features of Stackwise are available for a fee. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
- Stackwise subscriptions are billed annually.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only available for the current annual subscription period and only if you have not used any LLM (AI) features during that period. Exceptions may be made for minimal use of LLM features at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
- If you have used any LLM features during the current annual subscription period, you are not eligible for a refund for that period.
- Refunds are not available for previous subscription periods.
- If you believe you were charged in error or have extenuating circumstances, please contact support@stackwise.me for review.
3. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, contact us at support@stackwise.me with your account email, purchase details, and reason for the request.
- We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Changes to This Policy
- We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of Stackwise after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
